Since their creation, both Bufete established in 1974 and Bufete Pomar founded in 1933, have become a reference in the sector of legal and company advisors in the Balearic Islands. This value has not only been constantly maintained but has also been reinforced through the entrance of new generations of lawyers and business professionals who contribute to maintain the initial spirit but accompanied by a wider vision that our clients may need in the area of legal and professional advice. INTERNATIONAL VOCATION
Apart from its professional activity on a national scale, the Firm possesses wide experience in advising foreign companies who invest in our territory as well as investment projects and operations from Spanish companies, both at national and international level.
This vocation and international capacity is reflected in our constant intervention in the internationalization procedures of Spanish companies overseas, especially in the sectors of tourism and real estate.

This commitment goes much further than the responsibility of our professionals in merely complying with the laws, regulations and professional ethics.
We pursue to be able to actively and voluntarily cooperate in projects and actions that serve as a support to the community and help to improve the conditions of life for those people who are most in need or in a situation of exclusion.
Amongst our present projects there is a free legal advice service given by the lawyers of the firm who provide these services to different non-profit making organizations (foundations, associations and NGOs) and also free legal training courses and participating in professional guidance open days in schools, academies and social organizations.
